Dear Customer,
Thank you for supporting my business! This page serves as a guide to successfully downloading and using your images correctly. Below you will find two links - "Web Photos" and "Full Quality". Read Further to understand which images are best for you.
Web Images
When you share images on WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook etc., the platform compresses your images to save time and money associated with sending large files. This can make your pictures look pixelated and blurry. Hence, web images are exported at a slightly lower resolution (but the same sharpness and quality as full quality images) in order to bypass social media compression. In short:
Web images are for sharing on social media, storing on your phone and using on your websites. The downside to web images is that you cannot crop or print them without losing quality.
Full Quality Images
If you are printing your images, extensively cropping them or processing them for any graphic design project, you need to be able to manipulate the most quality possible. In this case you should use the Full Quality Images as they are exported with a higher resolution and PPI specifically for printing. In short:
Full Quality Images are for printing or further processing but have much larger file sizes so they can look worse when shared online. I would recommend storing the full quality images on your laptop instead of your phone as they will quickly fill your phone storage.
